...And, I'm back and working on new Saga of Samuel comic pages. I had, what you might call, a severe bout of paying freelance work. Look, can I be honest here? (its my dA journal, so I guess I can) If I had my druthers I'd work on the comic all day/every day but, alas...my druthers, I do not have. The hobgoblins of time and money are what plague me. There's never enough of either and it's the comic that suffers for it. I believe in what I'm doing here, so I keep coming back even though a part of me feels like this is a big waste of time. How can my bible-based, fantasy comic ever find it's audience, (if one even exists) when I can't update

I'd like to preface this review by saying I'm a guy who writes and draws a bible-based fantasy comic. Since Noah is essentially a bible based fantasy movie, Id like to think I now about what talking about. Either way...SPOILERS ABOUND! So I saw Noah. I went into the movie with an open mind. I wanted to like it. I dismissed the controversy swirling around it as over reaction and hype. I love the bible and I love a good, hearty bible movie. I don't have a problem with some added elements or some general story skimming. I mean Moses wasn't a well spoken Chuck Heston type or Jesus a good-looking, blue-eyed, long-haired hippie. Moses stuttered, Je

I haven't updated this journal in a long time but... Ok folks.  Now that I've mostly cleared the decks of my schedule I can work on new Heroes of the Bible coloring pages. The coloring pages continue to be the most popular thing I've ever done and are the number one source of all my website traffic. So, it makes sense to make more. Give the people what they want, right? Your 2013 Heroes of the Bible characters are: 1.) Adam and Eve 2.) Jacob (wrestling the Angel) 3.) Ruth 4.) John of Patmos 5.) Lazarus 6.) Rebekah 7.) The Archangel Michael 8.) Samuel 9.) The Trio of Shadrach Meshach and Abednego They join the already available Bra

Boo!

Wow, seems like ages since I've kept up on what everyone is doing.

Great to see you again, bro! Thanks for the (re)watch~
Yea I suddenly started wondering why I never saw you posting anymore (not that I actually post anything here anymore), so I looked you up. Did you close down your old dA account or something? Are you busy making all the money these days?
Yeah, closed down my old one. This is my new one. Re-posting some old favorites along with new stuff.

Ha! Waiting for answered prayer regarding the $$$ XD
If you're on the lookout for freelance work I can give people your info. I get approached by a variety of christian publishers/video game makers/board game makers, etc...and some of them actually have money! I can't guarantee anything obviously but it's always good to have your name out there if you want it to be.
